Reservations & Cancellations

Marina Motel Office Hours:  8am -10pm

Check-In 3pm – Check-Out 11am.   If you need an early arrival or late checkout – just ask and we will try to accommodate you.  Please call for after hour arrivals.

Reservations: A one-night deposit is required to make a reservation.  We accept money orders or personal checks for the deposit.  Balance can be paid with Visa or Mastercard upon arrival.

Two-Night Minimum Stay on Weekends. Some Weekends Require Three-Night Minimum.

Cancellations: Two-week (14 days) notice is required for any refund, less a service charge of 20% of entire stay or a minimum of $30.  Cancellations within two weeks of arrival results in forfeiture of deposit. No refunds on early checkouts.

Additional persons over double occupancy are a $15/person. Cots are also available for an additional $15 charge.

No Smoking in Any Rooms – a $200 cleaning charge will be charged per occurrence.

Pet-Friendly Policy

  • We are delighted to welcome you and your well-behaved four-legged family member.
  • We have specified “pet friendly” rooms, please make it known when making your reservation that you are bringing a pet.
  • There is a $15 per pet, per night fee plus a refundable $50 pet damage deposit.
  • In order to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all our guests we must insist that you follow certain guidelines. Please read the Pet Guidelines here.
